A stainless steel sculpture of the Canadian flag.

A cold and dark evening in Riverfront Park.  Just north of the Loof Carousel on the south bank of the Spokane river are two stainless steel flag sculptures.
At night these "flags" are in total darkness, so on this visit the flags were painted with a Big Max handheld light, using red, amber, and blue filters.
This is the artists rendering of the Canadian flag.
